Why did I only discover this now, at the end of tomato season? I could have been eating this wonderful pizza all along, if I had known about it.
The simplest pizza ever! Spread dough in a pan, drizzle with olive oil, scatter with very thin slices of garlic. Arrange sliced green tomato, then top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake. Enjoy. Swoon.
